The Lightstreams Community Development Center (CDC) is an educational development center dedicated to the enhancement of life skills, youth and family empowerment, business and entrepreneurial development, homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention, wise investments/savings/wealth building education, prison outreach and health education to prevent the spread of HIV and other STD's. Lightstreams CDC is the outreach arm of Light Streams for Better Living Center.
The Lightstreams CDC new location is 6125 West Baldwin Street
(on the corner of 61st and Fond du lac Avenue)
